for younger or smaller babies who aren’t able to reach the Tray or the Footrest just yet
Clip in the Infant Support to move your little one forward in the seat. If you use the Infant Support, use The Cushion with it for safety purposes.

Stop using the Infant Support once your little one is big enough to sit without it.
when your little one is ready for a couple extra inches
Unscrew the footrest, flip it over, then screw it back into place to switch to the lower footrest position.
when you and your family are ready to pull your little one right up to the table
Use The Booster Conversion Kit: remove the high-chair legs, move the Chair seat to the Conversion Kit, bolt it together, and secure it to an adult chair using both sets of straps—one underneath the chair seat and one behind the chair back.

Discontinue use of The Chair in high-chair mode once your child reaches 30 lb or 3 years old, and transition to another approved mode or product as needed.
when it's time to convert your high chair to a play chair
Remove the cross bar, separate the legs from the seat, remove the straps and plastic Lalo piece from the back of the chair, then insert the play legs and tighten the bolts.
