1. Not medical or safety advice
BabySteps provides general developmental guidance and product information. It is not medical, safety, or professional advice. For decisions specific to your baby, consult your pediatrician. For gear safety, always check your manufacturer's current guidance — specs can change.
2. Subscription and billing
BabySteps costs $52 per year, billed annually. New subscribers receive a 28-day free trial. Your subscription automatically renews each year unless you cancel. You will be charged on the anniversary of your subscription start date. We will send a reminder email 7 days before each renewal.
3. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect immediately. We offer a full refund within 30 days of any charge, no questions asked.
4. Limitation of liability
Our liability to you is limited to the subscription amount you have paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on the information in our digests.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, share your account credentials, or attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with BabySteps.
6. Termination
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account, you will receive a refund for any unused subscription time.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are eligible for small claims court.
8. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes to these terms, we will notify you by email before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
