Use the standard mixing ratio of 1 unpacked, level scoop per 1 oz of water. For all-formula feeding, offer 1/2-1 oz at birth, increasing to 2-3 oz, with 8-12 bottles per 24 hours. For 50/50 combo feeding, offer 4-6 bottles per 24 hours plus breastmilk.
1-2 month
Keep the same mixing ratio of 1 scoop per 1 oz of water. For all-formula feeding, move to 4-5 oz bottles with 6-8 bottles per 24 hours. For 50/50 combo feeding, offer 3-4 bottles per 24 hours plus breastmilk.
3-4 month
Keep the same mixing ratio of 1 scoop per 1 oz of water. For all-formula feeding, offer 4-6 oz bottles with 6-8 bottles per 24 hours. For 50/50 combo feeding, offer 3-4 bottles per 24 hours plus breastmilk.
5-6 month
Keep the same mixing ratio of 1 scoop per 1 oz of water. For all-formula feeding, offer 6-8 oz bottles with 4-5 bottles per 24 hours. For 50/50 combo feeding, offer 2-3 bottles per 24 hours plus breastmilk.
6-12 month
Keep the same mixing ratio of 1 scoop per 1 oz of water. For all-formula feeding, offer 6-8 oz bottles with 4-5 bottles per 24 hours plus solids. For 50/50 combo feeding, offer 2-3 bottles per 24 hours plus breastmilk and solids.
